What we do not respond to

- Requests for affiliate or referral arrangements outside the merchants we already cover
Reporting an issue with a review
If you find a factual error in one of our reviews — outdated pricing, incorrect product specification, or a refund policy that has changed — please write to us with the URL and the correction. We will check and update the page.
Reporting a problem with a merchant
If you bought a product through one of our links and have a complaint that the merchant is not addressing, write to us with the order number, dates, and a brief description. We cannot guarantee a resolution, but we will reach out to the merchant on your behalf when we can.
